The number of people is determined by the category:

• Mobil-home Plage: 2 persons
• Mobile home Cottage, Horizon, Premium Spa 2 bedrooms: sleeps 4
• Mobil-home Evasion, Evasion plus: sleeps 5 (sofa bed in living room, recommended for 1 child)
• Mobil-home Forêt, Grand Large, Grand Large plus, Premium Spa 3 bedrooms: sleeps 6
• Mobil-home Sable, Sable plus: sleeps 8.

There are no extra people and babies are included. Tents are not allowed on the plot.

The inventory of your rental is available on our website, and information on arrival arrangements is sent by e-mail 7 days before your arrival. All mobile homes are equipped with a coffee maker and microwave.

Yes, in all mobile homes rented.

Swimming shorts are permitted in our aquatic area.

The indoor pool with its slide and paddling pool are heated from April to September. The outdoor pool is heated from mid-June to mid-September.

Yes, Wi-fi is available free of charge throughout the campsite.

Yes, there are activities during the July-August school vacations. They are generally included, with a few exceptions (external service providers at preferential rates: canoeing, paintball, etc.).

No, the regulations governing aquatic areas allow only campsite guests to access them.

The snack bar and bar are open from April to September (opening times available from reception in low season). In July and August: bar open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight.

Charcoal and electric barbecues and planchas are prohibited. Only gas barbecues are permitted. You can bring your own or rent gas barbecues on site.

Your balance must be paid no later than 1 month before your arrival on our site for mobile home rentals and camping pitches. If you book less than one month in advance, we ask you to pay the total amount of your stay by credit card only.

Please note that we only accept minors accompanied by their legal guardians for the duration of their stay.

Rates are for a maximum of 6 people.

The deposit must be sent within 7 days of booking. The balance must be sent up to 1 month before arrival. Send by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

You can cancel your stay if you have taken out the cancellation guarantee. You will only be reimbursed if the reason for your cancellation is covered by the cancellation guarantee.

In mobile home or Sahari tent rentals: Arrivals from 4pm – Departures no later than 10am.

On bare pitches: Arrivals from 2pm and departures before 12am.

When you arrive, please park outside the campsite and come to reception to check in, to avoid any traffic jams at the entrance gates.

Please bring your booking confirmation or customer reference and your deposit payment in the form of a bank imprint or cash. (bank checks are not accepted).

The campsite will refuse access to rental accommodation to persons not registered on the booking contract or if the number of persons exceeds the capacity of the accommodation rented.

You must inform the campsite as soon as possible, who will inform you of the procedure to follow.

All our rentals come with comforters or blankets and pillows. You can bring your own bed linen or rent bed linen and bath kits by phone or on site (1 kit = 1 bed).

We accept dogs in our establishment. A supplement of €5/day will be charged. Vaccination records must be up-to-date. NACs (New Pets), cats and category 1 and 2 animals are not accepted. Keeping a leash on the campsite is compulsory.
